Colleen Heflin is a professor at the Truman School of Public Affairs. She was my advisor at that time, and since then she has become my mentor, friend, and occasional boss.
Her family welcomed the three of us as house guests for five days during our trip. Cora loved the attention of Colleen and Bill's two daughters, Lucy and Stella.
