Sarah & Billy's wedding

For the wedding weekend at Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, my parents rented a house on the lake that became Keller party central. James, the kids and I claimed the double bunk room as ours for the weekend. We also had Janet/Peter, Mandy, and Karen in the house. And my parents, of course.

On Friday, Oct 18, it was Janet and Peter's 45th wedding anniversary so some of us took a walk along the lake and shared a bottle of champagne on the beach.

That afternoon, the kids and I joined the wedding party for rehearsal on the mountainside. KK was SO excited to see the kids, and they felt the same.

Later on Friday, we hosted a bunch of Keller cousins and uncles for snacks and what turned into an XBox dance competition. No one could beat Cora at dancing except cousin Scott (below). Silas ruled the XBox skiing game.

Cousins Ella and Olivia also liked the ski racing

Then it was the rehearsal dinner (I didn't take any photos?) and a bonfire for all the wedding guests.

Saturday morning I was determined to see a bit more of the Sunapee area, so some of us went over to the John Hay National Wildlife Refuge. Cora was busy with the bridesmaids, but Silas led us on a tour of a rather magical old estate, complete with a Fairy Village.

That afternoon, it was time for the rest of us to get ready for the wedding. Mandy was in charge of the flower girl's hair.

She looked amazing!

Sunday morning we had more Kellers coming through the house for brunch, including the bride and groom.
