Today is Cora's 6th birthday, and it has been a fun week of celebrating our little lady. She wanted a rock climbing birthday party, so we held it on Saturday at the Blue Sky Climbing Gym at Diamond Plaza in Nairobi.

After the party we headed to the KSPCA where we donated the cash from Cora's birthday party (in lieu of gifts). Tiana, Aiden and Karen joined us and even though they were closed they let the kids visit the kittens and puppies. Wish I had photos of that!
Today, Cora is at a school field trip at the Nairobi Safari Walk while
Silas is home sick with me. I hope it is not raining as hard at the
safari walk as it has been all morning here...

Tonight she'll open some presents from us and Nana and Papa and have butterscotch brownies with whipped cream, which Silas helped me make. Happy birthday, big girl!
